Mission

The Treasurer for the City of Hampton is Molly Joseph Ward, who was elected to serve in November 2001, and took office as Treasurer on January 1, 2002.

The Treasurer's primary responsibilities are to collect and account for tax revenues for the City of Hampton.

It is our goal to provide Hampton citizens and all Hampton taxpayers with high quality and courteous service. We look forward to serving you.

 
About the Treasurer

Molly Joseph Ward

Molly has been Treasurer for the City of Hampton since January 1, 2002. Before becoming Treasurer, Molly was an attorney in private practice specializing in collections. She maintains her license to practice law and is a member in good standing of the Virginia State Bar.
