Will Call
Tickets left for Will Call may be picked up 24hrs after purchase or anytime the day of the event through show time. Tickets remaining at Will Call after the event starts, will not be resold. Refunds will not be given for tickets not picked up.
Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order, a photo ID, and the order number. Tickets will only be issued to the person in whose name the tickets were purchased. Call Ticketmaster at 757-671-8100 to add an alternate pickup name to tickets purchased through Ticketmaster online or purchased over the phone.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available for guests requiring use of a wheelchair and guests with limited mobility. Accessible seating is available on line at www.ticketmaster.com, through Ticketmaster Charge by Phone, Ticketmaster Ticket Outlets, and in person at Coliseum Box Office. There is a 2 ticket limit within an accessible section (1 accessible, 1 companion). If additional regular seats are needed, they will be seated as close to the accessible section as possible.
American Sign Language Interpreters may be available. Requests must be made to the Box Office at least three weeks prior to an event.
Amplified hearing devices may be requested through the Box Office during event.
