K. Clark Stevenson is a human resources management professional with over thirty-five years of experience in the fields of mid- and senior-level management, and human resources management.  She began a professional Federal career in the field of Equal Employment Opportunity in 1972.  In 1981, she started a consulting firm where she planned, developed, and conducted training seminars for managers and supervisors on employment and placement policies, including sexual harassment, affirmative action plan development, and began her affiliation with the USDA Graduate School as an Associate Faculty member.

Ms. Clark Stevenson is a certified WINDMILLS trainer, training persons with disabilities, employees and personnelists, in the public and private sectors, on disability awareness and sensitivity issues nearly 15 years.  She served Arlington County, Virginia Government for fifteen years as the Selective Placement Program Manager in the Department of Personnel responsible for developing and implementing the County’s employment program for persons with disabilities.  She also served as the senior executive vice president of American Building Services Corporation, a community-based 501(c)(3) tax exempt, non-profit organization specializing in training and employment programs for persons with disabilities.
