The Hampton Clean City Commission is pleased to announce the next Virginia Peninsula Clean Business Forum will be held February 24, 8:30 a.m., at the Crowne Plaza Hampton Marina Hotel, 700 Settlers Landing Road, Hampton.

The featured speaker, Jim Wilson, Director of Hampton Parks & Recreation Department, will present "Old Landfill, PARfect Course: the Transformation of The Hamptons Golf Course". The story of The Hamptons Golf Course, once known as the site of the Magruder Landfill, is a tale of vision, creativity, and environmental responsibility.

In addition to the presentation, Clean Business Award winners from the four partner communities – James City County, Newport News, York County, and Hampton – will be recognized.

Join us for inspiration, education, and networking at this regional event.
