The Land Development Services Office is co-located with Central Permits on the 3rd floor of City Hall, 22 Lincoln Street,
and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The office may be reached by calling (757) 727-6333.
Appointments are required for Land Development Services developer meetings, and special interest design review consultations.
Land Development Services developer meetings are held on Wednesdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
To provide consultants and developers faster assistance, we recommend calling the LDS office in advance for the following
services: multiple copies of maps or plans and Environmental Phase One Site Assessments.
