The City of Hampton is proposing to amend the FY 2008-2009 Consolidated Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development to include the use of Community Development Block Grant - Recovery (CDBG-R) funds. The proposed amendment will create a Weatherization and Energy Efficiency Pilot Program to assist low and moderate income homeowners with energy efficiency measures. The amendment is also available for review at all Hampton Public Libraries and the Neighborhood Office (City Hall, 22 Lincoln Street).

All interested agencies, groups and persons wishing to comment on the proposed amendment must submit written remarks to: Angelique Lenoir, Hampton Neighborhood Office, 22 Lincoln Street, Hampton, Virginia 23669 by May 29, 2009.
