Developed in partnership with the citys Youth and Family Services Division, the Hampton Sheriffs Office offers at-risk juveniles and their parents the opportunity to interact one-on-one with inmates at the Hampton Community Corrections Center. Participants are usually referred by Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court. DIP is an intensive, straight-talk session designed as a wake-up call for the juvenile.
