Director
Wanda Rogers has over 26 years experience working with children and families served by the foster care system. She began her career as a social worker in the Hampton DHS foster care unit.

Employment Services Offered
Recipients of the Temporary Assistance to Needy Families and Food Stamp program who could become self-sufficient are enrolled in education, training, work experience, job search and/or other employability enhancement activities.

Financial Assistance Offered
Provides financial assistance to eligible families with children. The family receives a monthly cash payment to meet their basic needs. Eligibility is based on income, non-financial criteria and family size.
