Search city land record databases by address, PIN (parcel
identification number) or LRSN (land record serial number)/RPC (real property code).
These databases are maintained by several offices including the Assessor, Treasurer,
Public Works Engineering, Planning and the Department of Information Technology.
Once you have located the parcel of property that you are looking for, you can bring
up detail information about that property such as:
- Sales and Assessment Histories
- Land Data
- Building Descriptions
- Photos and sketches (if available)
- Tax Information
- A map of the surrounding area, with relevant geographical information
- Zoning Information
