The Hampton Diversity College (HDC) is a multi-level and interactive educational program that concentrates on increasing knowledge on the value of diversity, unity, and inclusion in contemporary workplaces and in our community.
The Hampton Diversity College has three levels. Level I is offered weekly for four (4) weeks, while Level II courses are offered weekly for six (6) weeks. Level III courses are offered once per year and compose an intensive, three (3) day program during the summer.
