Brian DeProfio
The assistant city manager oversees leisure services (libraries, Parks and Recreation, and quality government (311, HR, Finance, Fleet, I.T., and other administrative departments). DeProfio also oversees the City Budget process and works on special projects as assigned and is the staff liaison for several regional boards, including Hampton Roads Transportation Planning Organization.
