Health Care Services

The Hampton Sheriff's Office provides quality medical and mental health services to inmates who are incarcerated at the Hampton Correctional Facilities. Health services are provided on a 24 hour basis to include daily sick call, intake assessments, 14 day physicals, and medication administration. Our Chronic Care Clinic monitors the health of individuals with chronic illnesses such as hypertension, diabetes, seizures, and infectious diseases. Dental services including routine dental care and minor dental emergencies are also offered.

Crisis mental services are provided in collaboration with the Hampton/Newport News Community Services Board.
