[ARCHIVED] Eagle Enterprises acquires commercial office building in Hampton

Eagle Enterprises, Inc. c/o Golden Eagle Realties LLC has officially acquired the commercial office building located at 2503 58th Street, Hampton VA from ACGVA Properties, LLC. Eagle Enterprises has been a lease tenant at the property for more than 5 years.

“Do you know what today is? It is 10 years to the very day that I was in Memphis and let go from my job! Now, 10 years later on the same day, I’m closing on our first commercial property. God is good!” said Ken Johnson.

This acquisition joins a long list of accomplishments for entrepreneurs Ken and Sheila Johnson. Eagle Enterprises, Inc. their first entrepreneurial endeavor recently opened a second location in the Philadelphia area and the company is also celebrating 10 Years in Business. Eagle Enterprises has managed to flourish despite economic downturns.

The newly acquired property has four existing tenants.
