April is Earth Month, and there are so many ways to contribute to the celebration! Sign up for one of more of these TODAY!! You must register to participate! Contact unless otherwise indicated.

• Ivy Home Road Cleanup, April 17th, 3:30 p.m., park on street after turning northwest on Ivy Home Road (toward Victoria Boulevard, away from the marina area).

• International Children’s Festival Litter-Free Event and/or Display, shifts from 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

• Peninsula Pathfinders Litter-Free Walk at Sandy Bottom, contact Pat Parker at

• YARDS Judges, training is April 20 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. commitment is judging once a month (3rd Monday of the month) from 8:30 to finish, and then September 1 and 4, 8:30 to finish

• Earth Day Story Readers, Forrest Elementary School, April 20 – 24, morning and afternoon shifts starting at 7:45, 9:15, and
• 12:30.

• Environmental Expo Display Staffers, May 2, 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
