[ARCHIVED] Time to Update Your Information

Now is the time for you to  check your Ipay pay stub to verify the following:

  1. Your address is correct (for those that have moved during the year and forgot to let us know)
  2. Number of exemptions you are claiming is correct (federal and state)
  3. Amount of taxes you have paid so far is in line with what you were expecting.

This is the final quarter for payroll taxes for the calendar year 2015, so it's not too late to change the number of exemptions you are claiming. As a reminder, the more exemptions you claim, the less taxes, if any, you will pay.

Attached are  the different forms you would like to make a change to your address, number of exemptions or would like to withhold additional state or federal taxes.

Also, if you have not signed up for paperless W2 option on Ipay, please do so before the end of December 2015.  The paperless W2 benefits include:

  1. You would be able to print a copy about a week faster than the mail
  2. The ability to save a PDF copy to your computer
  3. You can reprint copies of the W2's at your convenience.
