[ARCHIVED] New office warehouse complex will have a grand opening on Wednesday, Feb. 16

Jan. 19, 2018 - Keep It Simple Suites, an office warehouse complex at 3000 Incubator Road in Hampton, will have a grand opening for its fourth building Wednesday, Feb. 16, at 11:30 a.m. Hampton Mayor Donnie Tuck is scheduled to provide opening remarks, and a tour of the property will follow the ribbon-cutting.

The developers said the new building  is the final piece of a private, 14-acre project that began 12 years ago.  "We saw a need for an incubator-style office warehouse project as well as ancillary services to benefit the prospective new tenants and the existing business in Copeland Industrial Park," said Clay Culbreth, a partner in ACO Development.

Keep It Simple Suites, or KISS, consist of four office-warehouse suites. The first three are fully occupied and the fourth is now complete and available for lease.

Developers said the original 14-acre site produces more than $120,000 annually in real estate taxes and stormwater management fees for Hampton. For more information about KISS, contact Clay Culbreth at 757-407-2424 or
