Oct. 22, 2018 - Hampton residents can now go online to join a city community center or register for after-school programs like Beyond the Bell. Later, residents will be able to reserve park shelters, register for a host of other classes, and more - all from a cell phone, tablet or computer.

This new online registration service from Parks, Recreation and Leisure Services is designed to make it easier for residents to take advantage of the many programs and classes offered by the city, and to make information about those programs more available.

Hampton has four community centers that offer everything from meeting room rentals fitness to yoga classes. There is a yearly membership fee, and each community center has an exercise facility that can be used for an additional monthly fee.

The online registration service is hosted by CivicPlus, the same technology company that provides the online platform for Hampton's website.

Visit Parks' webpage to see everything the department has to offer residents.
