Nov. 19, 2018 - Hampton Mayor Donnie Tuck, City Manager Mary Bunting, City Council members and various city partners will be on hand Friday, Nov. 30, at 10 a.m. for the grand opening of the WorkOne Center at the Y.H. Thomas Complex, 1300 Thomas St.

The new center is part of Workforce Hampton, a citywide initiative designed to make resources and services more accessible to the unemployed, underemployed and underserved in Hampton. It will include free access to computers and the internet, resume building help and other resources for job hunters, including employer forums.

Workforce Hampton includes grassroots, government, education, neighborhood, business, faith, and non-profit organizations. Go online to learn more about Workforce Hampton.
