Ralph Northam said a series of regional town halls will be held across Virginia starting Wednesday, Sept. 25,  to educate residents about the upcoming 2020 Census and provide opportunities to meet with Census job recruiters. "Together with the Virginia Complete Count Commission, we are supporting education, outreach and preparation efforts aimed at encouraging full participating in the 2020 Census," Northam said. The first Census town hall will take place Wednesday in Richmond. The second will take place Monday, Oct. 21, in Portsmouth.
