[ARCHIVED] Youth mentoring program seeks volunteers to work with middle schoolers in Hampton

Oct. 1, 2019 - Join Mayor Donnie Tuck and Hampton City Schools Superintendent Jeffery Smith on Oct. 17 when the Office of Youth and Young Adult Opportunities and Hampton City Schools host a community kickoff for the R.I.S.E. (Reach, Inspire, Support and Empower) Mentoring Program. The program’s goal is to pair adult mentors with 100 middle school students, promoting academic and social success.
