[ARCHIVED] Girls can learn about firefighting and more this summer at Camp Fury Hampton

Jan. 29, 2020 - Girls in grades 6-12 are encouraged to sign up now for Camp Fury Hampton, a hands-on resident camp where they can learn what it takes to be a firefighter or law enforcement officer and meet women who are breaking barriers and stereotypes. To register, fill out the online application. If you’re selected, you’ll be notified and told how to complete the process and officially register. Camp Fury Hampton takes place July 12-17 in Hampton. Participants can earn the Girl Scout Safety Award and CPR certification. Preference will be given to girls who have not previously participated in the camp. Class size is limited and Girl Scout registration is required. Financial assistance is available. Go online to learn more about Camp Fury.
