[ARCHIVED] City manager's message: Masks will be given to employees

In her latest message to employees, City Manager Mary Bunting says the city has purchased Hampton-branded face masks for all full-time and regular scheduled part-time employees. This is a good time for us to get each of you a new cloth mask as the coronavirus will remain present in our society as we enter flu season. We want everyone to stay safe at work, and wearing a mask is one of the best ways to do that. With these new masks, the city manager says, we are pleased to give you another safety tool, but also one that allows you a way to reflect the pride you feel in your work and in your city.
