[ARCHIVED] City offices will be closed for Memorial Day holiday

All city offices will be closed on Monday, May 30, in recognition of Memorial Day. Trash collection scheduled for Monday will be done on Wednesday, June 1.

The Woodlands and The Hamptons public golf courses will be open regular hours on Monday, but guests will be charged weekend/holiday rates. The James T. Wilson Fishing Pier at Buckroe Beach will be open the full day.

Hampton Roads Transit will be operating on Monday. Buses and light rail will run on HRT's regular Saturday schedule, while the ferries will run on their regular weekday schedule. Transit center information booths will be closed on Monday.
