A concrete slab is a large section of the road or street made of concrete. The slabs are joined by expansion joints that expand and contract with the temperature.

The Streets Division of Public Works does repairs to all city streets where slabs are damaged or a blowup occurs.

The individual property management company or the owner of the property would be responsible for these repairs or replacement.
