What is the difference between the "on city" and "not on city" sides of the sewer line?
It is the property line that determines the difference between the two dispositions. If the problem exists between the property line and the sewer in the street, the disposition would be "On-City." If the problem is between the property line and the house, the disposition would be "Not On-City."
