   Clean City Project volunteers help keep our city clean and beautiful.  If you have bags of trash or yard waste needing to be picked up, please call/text the 311 Hampton Customer Contact Center at 757-727-8311 - or email them at 311@hampton.gov.  Also, please report to 311 any evidence of hazardous waste materials.
