Holiday Wonder Walk

The Holiday Wonder Walk will be held Dec. 19 -25, 2022, from 5-8 p.m. along Hampton’s Waterwalk Trail. To enter, park in the main Coliseum parking lot, go to front doors of the Coliseum, then look to your right about 25-30 feet away and you’ll see lighted tents and a path entrance. From there, the path takes you behind the Coliseum, along the water’s edge, and continues to Freeman Drive, crossing over bridges and winding through the woods, all lit for the holidays. There is no admission fee, all activities are free, and parking is free.

Cookie Challenge @ Main Library

Beginning December 1st, we're having a cookie challenge and the theme is Celebrating the Holidays and Winter. Fun for all ages. See attached sheet for rules. Photos of your cookie must be brought into the Children's Dept. or emailed not later than Wednesday, December 28th. Ten submissions will be selected randomly to receive a "special" prize. Come checkout any one of our cookbooks in our collection as inspiration or recipes. The most important rule: HAVE FUN!

Winter Break Art Fun @ Charles H. Taylor Visual Arts Center

The Hampton Public Library along with the Charles H. Taylor Visual Arts Center are presenting a Winter Break Art Fun program. Come join in on the fun making holiday themed crafts. Ages 4 - 8. The program will be held at the Charles H. Taylor Visual Arts Center right across the parking lot from the Main Library.

The Polar Express @ Main Library

All aboard! Celebrate the season and bring the whole family for a special showing of The Polar Express! Wear your pajamas and bring your pillow and blanket to get cozy watching the movie. We will provide snacks. There will be two drawings after the program for some special prizes! Pick up your Polar Express tickets at the Children's Department on 12/22/22. A special thanks to the Kiwanis Club of Mercury 64 Hampton.

Video Gaming Day @ Northampton Branch Library
